Meet and check in for your tour in Old Koloa Town, where you will receive pre-ride safety instructions and an orientation to driving the off-road vehicle you selected when booking: the Mud Bug with one driver and one passenger, the Ohana Bug with one driver and two passengers, or the Ohana Bug with one driver and three passengers.

Sturdy and easy to drive with all-terrain tires that will travel over nearly anything, your off-road vehicle allows you to wind through thick vegetation and rugged terrain. Ride for about two hours before jumping off at Kahili Falls, where you have 45 minutes to swim, explore on foot and hang out. Stop for a picnic lunch, which includes sandwiches, chips, cookies and beverages. Splash through the mud and continue off-roading along scenic Kauai trails before returning to the tour center.

Mud Bug: The 2-person Mud Bug is perfect for those who just can't bear to be apart (a popular option with newlyweds on honeymoon). The Mud Bug is a fully automatic off-road vehicle with a 3-point harness system, roll bars and a Baja-tested suspension system.

Ohana Bug: Take the family on a real adventure in an Ohana Bug, a bigger version of the Mud Bug that holds up to four people. Be prepared to get dirty, and if the conditions are right, very muddy.

Experience the breathtaking beauty of Koloa from the treetops on a night adventure by zipline. This small-group canopy tour, limited to 12 people, features eight ziplines on Kauai’s longest course. See the sunset over Waita Reservoir and fly over the jungle between platforms lit up after dark. Professional guides share the history of Kauai’s south shore as you travel by all-terrain vehicle from the Old Sugar Mill of Koloa. Enjoy heart-pumping action as we use a specialized harness that allows you to fly over the jungle like your favorite superhero, head first!

Meet your guide at the Old Sugar Mill of Koloa on Kauai’s south shore, and learn about Hawaii’s largest industry at this National Historic Landmark. Then hop into the back of a Pinzgauer — a high-mobility, all-terrain, military utility vehicle — for the drive to the first jungle platform on the island’s longest zipline course.

At the ground school, you’re taught the basics of ziplining before leaping into the air along a roughly 3.5-hour course. Guides help with customized harness adjustments and instructions on using unique handlebar pulleys. You'll soar over the jungle like your favorite superhero in a specialized harness that allows you to glide headfirst. Before taking that first leap, you’ll learn heart-pumping aerobatics from your guide that allow you to go hands-free or upside down, and do maneuvers like the starfish and the spin.

Enjoy the sights of the Waita Reservoir and watch the sunset as you take in the beauty of this natural setting where scenes from several movies were filmed, including Jurassic Park. You’ll travel through a variety of ecosystems across eight ziplines, measuring 250 to 2,500 feet (76 to 762 meters), and get a unique perspective when the canopy platforms are illuminated at night. You can use your lighted helmet and flashlight to help light the way in the dark.

Home to three of the five longest ziplines on Kauai, the course ends with an exhilarating half-mile-long (0.8-km) zip over open water.
